In an interview with Joy Prime, she expressed gratitude for her grandson's progress and thanked God for his achievements.
She said she was pleased with Asare's journey and the discipline that had contributed to his rise in football.
Offering advice to the goalkeeper, she urged him to remain humble despite the attention that has followed his performances.
She also encouraged him to stay committed to his responsibilities, continue learning from senior players in the national team and work towards maintaining unity within the Black Stars camp.
"I thank God for his life and I am proud of him. He should remain humble, continue to learn and stay focused," she said.
Asare's performance against England drew attention after he kept a clean sheet against the Three Lions, helping Ghana secure a point in the Group L fixture.
His grandmother said she believes consistency and humility will help him continue to progress in his career.
