"Mr. President, the world is currently plagued by conflict and insecurity. This has caused death and considerable suffering in various theaters of war.

President Mahama also welcomed President Putin's willingness to
resume trilateral talks on the conflict involving Ukraine, expressing support
for Russia's efforts towards a lasting peace agreement that guarantees security
for both Russia and Ukraine.
He further called for international cooperation
and solidarity in the fight against terrorism, particularly in the territories

translate the engagements into concrete outcomes.
He stressed that the value of the partnerships
