Budding Ghanaian dancehall general Ibien Jah has won his first ever award in his music journey a couple of weeks ago at the Golden's.
The young singer after receiving a deserving attention from fans nothing is stopping him to do the extraordinary. After releasing a couple of songs including Not Now ands most recent Mama Cry which had colleague star Jefri King, music lovers took tense to pay much attention on him.
This has compelled the young award scheme which will celebrate upcoming talented individuals in their respective fields has acknowledged his efforts winning the the dancehall artist of the year after series of votes coming through for him.
Prior to the event The Asafo Dancehall also known as Ibien Jah was nominated in the best dancehall artist category, beening the first time the youngster was ticked by such an institution.
Thanking his fans on social media the Asafo Dancehall had this to say, "We Give thanks for all the Support the Votes, i truly appreciate all who believe in me and have helped me in anyway to get this far,it’s just the Beginning of greater works #AsafoDancehall #EasternRecords#GoldenMusicAwardsGh🌍🇬🇭🏆🎶".
