The convoy of the independent presidential candidate, Mr. Alfred Kwame Aseidu-Walker and his Vice Presidential Candidate, Mr Jacob Osei Yeboah was hit yesterday with an accident at Tech Junction in Kumasi during an official visit to the Asantehene, Otumfuor Osei Tutu ll on Sunday morning the 29th of November in the Ashanti Region.
According to reports made available by his team there were no casualties and injuries. Meanwhile the accident which occurred last week Sunday morning came as a result of an indisciplinary act of a saloon car driver, who deliberately failed to park at the sound of a siren leading the convoy to hit each other for safety.
The driver however was arrested and sent to the Tech Police Station for further investigations.

Other members among the convoy were the Communications Director,Mr. Enoch Egyir, Special Aid to Mr. Walker, Mr. Emmanuel Frimpong and other members of the Walker-Joy Team.
