CNN’s Top 10 Biggest Artists In Africa- Davido, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy And Shatta Wale Missing

CNN, the American news-based pay television channel owned by AT&T’s WarnerMedia has released a list of 10 biggest artistes in Africa and predictably, Nigerian artists dominated the list.

Quite disappointedly, no Ghanaian artist, including our biggest trio, Sarkodie, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy made the list.

The Nigerian entertainers on the list include Burna Boy, Wizkid, Mr Eazi, Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade but surprisingly, Davido’s name was nowhere to be found.

We are yet to know the criteria the respected media firm used to arrive at this concensus, yet time will tell.
